• Job placement and recruitment services
• Work permit and visa processing assistance

3. Fees and Payment

• Placement fees are payable upon successful job placement
• Job seekers are not charged for basic registration and placement services
• All fees must be paid within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payment may result in suspension of services
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all information provided by clients and candidates. Information will only be shared with relevant parties for the purpose of job placement and with explicit consent, except where required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for:

• Employment decisions made by employers
• Workplace disputes or employment-related issues
• Changes in immigration laws or policies
• Delays in government processing
• Indirect or consequential damages

6. Compliance and Legal Requirements

All parties must comply with:

• Malaysian Employment Act and related regulations
• Immigration laws and requirements
• Work permit and visa regulations
• Data protection and privacy laws
• Anti-discrimination laws

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these Terms or illegal activities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, arbitration in accordance with Malaysian law. The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
